With a rapid growing market hungry for fresh ideas and great results, finding a serious company and/or people who can deliver on time and budget is becoming frustrating. Add to that the number of new comers with inadequate skills and experience who would be willing to try and do the job for less. But serious clients who knows what they want will not settle for just something close. The job must be done precisely as planned and the objective must not be compromise.

I, John Guinto understands this and the only way I can prepare myself for such a demand is to know a wide range of skills and get updated with the latest trend in the business. After all, the learning never stops here and solving problems presented by every project makes me better at doing my job. My background is in Computer science and knowing programming gave me a better grasp at most of the software I use. Most of these software often allows scripting which can expand their capabilities to do more results. I like to watch movies because I love looking through someone else's imagination but I prefer those with visual effects and mind boggling ideas.
